SUNBREAKERS
Thanks to the sunshade panels produced by İzmir Prekast, the sun's rays are cut at the desired rate and some of the air flow is allowed to pass. With the superior fire resistance values of the material, especially around the fire escape stairs of the buildings are covered with precast sunshade panels.
Solar shading panel designs can be made in many different ways in accordance with the general concept of the building. The solutions made with different lighting elements behind the sunshade materials produced with the precast technique also increase the design capability of the material due to shading.

Hotel Ideal Prime Beach
Perfectly located in Marmaris, the 5-star Ideal Prime Beach Hotel was completely renovated in 2011. The production and assembly of the fiber concrete panels, sunshades and pool bar used on the exterior of the building were done by İzmir Prekast.

BURSA TACMAHAL BALL AND MEETING PALACE
TajMahal Ball and Meeting Hall, Bursa's most popular venue with its concept architecture, was designed by Co Architecture Office, and exterior panels were manufactured and installed by İzmir Prekast in 2013.
